Register online using the NEW SPROUT system www.gvsu.edu/sprout beginning December 1st 2014. 

NEW class pricing structure!
Each 8 week class is $20. 
Sample: Yoga on Tuesdays for 8 weeks= $20 and Straight Up Strength on Thursdays for 8 weeks= $20

NEW class descriptions

Walkfit: Power walk 2 miles and use your body weight for several calorie blasting segments along the way. Modifications and options will be presented. This class is accessible for varying fitness levels.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.   This class builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength.  

Gentle Yoga: Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose.  Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses.  Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being.

Morning Body Blast: Wake up and energize yourself with a mix of strength and cardio. Feel the burn using traditional boot camp, high intensity interval and strength training exercises.
