This Facilities/Services staff member has been participating in the fitness class “Twice as Fit, 1/2 the Time,” and has lost over 20 lbs, but his biggest reward is more energy!
When asked what advice he would give to someone looking to be more physically active or just starting a fitness program, Rousseau said, “Don’t be afraid to try it. It isn’t easy, but if you stick with it, the rewards are amazing.”
