Did you know that it takes the average person 35 hours to find a child care provider? Let Work Place Options, part of GVSU's Employee Assistance Service, help you out! Simply call 1-800-788-8630 and speak with a referral specialist. The referral specialist will conduct a tailored search for the child care provider that best fits the needs of your child(ren). Let Work Place Options do the work for you

Children's Enrichment Center
Located on the GVSU campus and serves children 2 1/2 - 12 years old. The Enrichment Center is open before and after school and during the summer for school age children and is open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm year round.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations have been added to male and female restrooms across campus. This has been done to serve the children of our faculty, staff, students and community members during working hours or for events that may be on campus.

Rooms for Nursing Mothers
GVSU is striving to make it easier for nursing mothers to maintain breast-feeding after returning to work or school by providing private and comfortable rooms for nursing mothers.
GVSU recognizes the importance of supporting nursing mothers by providing space for mothers to express milk. If you are having difficulty making arrangements, please contact Sue Sloop at Work Life Connections, 331-8011 or sloops@gvsu.edu.
