Hold it for the holidays is an eight-week program that encourages you to make healthy choices this holiday season. Whether you want to lose weight or maintain your current weight, this challenge will help you reach your goal! All participants who meet their goal earn their money back at the end of the challenge.
STEP 1: Register by weighing in November 17 - 26.
STEP 2: Maintain or lose!
STEP 3: Weigh in January 12-16th during a general session or weigh master
Throughout the challenge, you will receive weekly health tips and recipes to help keep you on track.
