Workshops & Handouts

Each semester the Grand Valley Health & Wellness feature a series of educational workshops that address a broad range of wellness and work/life topics.  These workshops are provided by campus and community professionals and are designed to focus on the whole person and address the entire lifespan.  Workshops are open to all GVSU faculty,staff, retirees, and their spouses/partners.  Most workshops and educational seminars are available at no charge.

Groups/In-house Programs
Selected Work & Life topics are available for campus groups and in-house presentation.  The following is a list of possible upcoming topics of interest:  Elder Care, Financial and Legal Topics, Child Care/ Parenting, Smoking Cessation, Anxiety/ Stress, Diversity, Wellness and more.
