Returning Student Housing Assignments
A returning student is eligible for a room assignment if they have a housing deposit on file and a completed application and contract. A returning student will have access to the Room Selection feature one business day following the receipt of the housing application.
Returning students are responsible for assigning themselves to an on-campus apartment via the Room Selection feature on the MyHousing Overview. Returning students will have access to the Room Selection October 20 through April 1.
After April 1, returning students will be placed based on preferences listed in the MyHousing Overview and space availability. Placement is not guaranteed.
A returning student interested in a Living/Learning community, should not select a bed, but must indicate that specific Living/Learning Community as their first preference. For example, the first preference would be “Women’s Leadership House 4-Bedroom,” not “VanSteeland 4-Bedroom.” The Assignment Coordinators will make Living/Learning Community placements as space permits.
