Housing Assignment Information
Housing assignments will be posted mid-June. You can access your room assignment & roommate contact information by following the steps below:
- Access the MyBanner system (to log-in, you will need your student ID# and PIN# supplied in your letter of admission).
- Once logged into the MyBanner sustem, select "Student" and then select "MyHousing".
- Click "MyHousing Overview" and your housing assignment and roommate information will be listed under "My Assignments".
Do you have questions regarding your housing assigment? Do you not have a placement yet and are wondering about the timeline? Please click on the links below to learn more about the assignment process and placement information. Please remember that all roommate and room assignment information may be subject to change due to cancelllations during the summer.
While we accept applications on an ongoing basis, the MyHousing Overview will be unavailable during the placement process. You may not be able to view information on the Overview during this time (early May through mid-June).
If you are interested in a different housing style and would like to be placed on a waiting list for a different placement, please review our detailed ROOM CHANGE POLICY. Room change requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Please note: room changes will not be considered or granted on the basis of race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, religion or other demographic information.
Any student requesting a specific housing assignment based on a medical condition must register with Disability Support Resources HERE. Housing accommodations will be coordinated based on DSR Advisor recommendations and space availability.
