From campus recycling to living center energy savings competitions to the Campus Connector bus service and more, sustainability is a way of life at Grand Valley and its housing. All new building projects are built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Safety, Security, and Health

Grand Valley’s Department of Public Safety is a full-service law enforcement agency dedicated to providing residents, students, faculty, and staff with a safe and secure environment in which to learn, live, and work. All living centers feature card access security.

The Campus Health Center is an on-campus walk-in clinic designed for the diagnosis and treatment of acute minor illness, injury, or accidents for students, faculty, and staff.

Support Network

Each living center has a support network that includes a living center director, resident assistant, and graduate assistant.
