Contract Terms- Spring/Summer 2013

• The Spring/Summer semester 2013 contract period is May 6, 2013 through August 6, 2013.

• Residents must be a GVSU student, enrolled in classes for the Winter semester 2013 and/or the Fall 2013 semester. Enrollment in Spring/Summer classes is not required for occupancy.

• Students securing a Spring/Summer semester 2013 housing assignment after May 6 will be charged a pro-rated daily housing rate. 

• Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Prior to Occupancy

    • Cancel online at HERE. 

    • Cancellation must be received prior to May 1, 2013 to be eligible for a refund of the $150 housing deposit.

  • Cancellation During Occupancy

    • A student interested in canceling their contract must contact their Living Center Director to obtain a Contract Release Request Form. Contract releases during occupancy will be reviewed individually. Releases will be granted for academic related circumstances only.

    •  Residents who do not qualify for a release may exercise the buyout option, paying 50% of remaining portion of the contract in addition to the forfeiture of the $150 housing deposit.
