Bio
Eleibny is the database and system security administrator at the Community Research Institute. She is in charge of managing efficient and secure access to the data.
She received her bachelor's degree in software engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and her master's degree in distributed and multimedia information systems from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. She has previous experience in the manufacturing, telecommunication, and government fields.
