Laker Leadership Programs
Strengths Based Leadership Seminar
Based on StrengthsQuest® (By the Gallup Organization), the Strengths Based Leadership Seminar and Retreat help you discover your strengths and learn how to maximize them in your current and future leadership roles.
Prior to the program, participants take the Clifton StrengthsFinder® a 30-minute web-based assessment of normal personality from the perspective of Positive Psychology to discover their “top 5” talents (strengths), referred to as signature themes. The program not only helps you understand your talents and the talents of others, it helps you further refine your leadership strengths and empowers you to better understand and provide for the needs of your followers based on your unique talents.
