Based on StrengthsQuest® (By the Gallup Organization), StrengthsQuest® 101 helps you discover your strengths and learn how to maximize them in various areas of your life!
Prior to the program, participants take the Clifton StrengthsFinder® a 30-minute web-based assessment of normal personality from the perspective of Positive Psychology to discover their “top 5” talents (strengths), referred to as signature themes. The StrengthsQuest® 101 program not only helps you understand your talents and the talents of others, but it also explores ways to help you to develop them!
