Group Study Rooms

The University Libraries has 17 reservable study rooms and 5 first-come, first served rooms available in the Mary Idema Pew Library for groups of 3-12 people.

How Room Reservations Work

Our study rooms can be reserved up to 10 days in advance online or at time of need using the touch screen outside each room. Empty and available rooms can be used, but be sure to reserve the room to prevent another group from reserving it.

At least three people from your group need to arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation, or the room will be available to other groups.

Looking for quiet place to study in Mary I?

Try the Reading Rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor or the quiet spaces around the book stacks. Small groups are welcome to work together in the various collaborative spaces on the west side of the library.
