The Mu Kappa Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi and the Laker Marching Band invite YOU to the Annual GVSU High School Band Day on Saturday, November 8, 2014 as the Lakers of Grand Valley take on the Dragons of Tiffin University!
Come take a tour of the Allendale Campus and be apart of the action with the National Championship Laker Football Team as the 2014 GVSU Band Day musicians perform in a powerful mass band with the GVSU “Pride of the Midwest!”

This event is for one member or the entire band!
2014 GVSU BAND DAY MUSIC
Each band can purchase the following musical selections that will be performed during the 2014 Band Day Halftime Show or music will be provided the day of the event:

GVSU Fight Song and Cheers

GVSU will NOT provide any instruments for the Band Day Event.
2014 GVSU Band Day Schedule
8:00am-10:00am Registration at Performing Arts Center Marching Band Field
Optional guided tour of Allendale Campus or interviews with LMB members.
9:30am-10:30am Laker Marching Band Rehearsal at Performing Arts Center Marching Band Field. Open rehearsal. ALL encouraged to attend!
10:30am-12:00pm Mandatory Rehearsal with Laker Marching Band
12:30pm-2:00pm Pizza Dinner at field and Change into High School Band Uniform
2:30pm Arrive at Parking Lot F to march to Lubbers Stadium (Parking Lot F by Kelly Family Sports Center)
3:00pm Arrive at Lubber's Stadium
4:00pm Tiffin University vs. GVSU GO LAKERS!
**Participants must be accompanied by a band director, parent, or chaperone to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
2014 GVSU BAND DAY COSTS
The cost of attendance for a student is $30.
This includes the following
1. Pizza Dinner
2. One (1) ticket to the football game
3. Your Band Day T-shirt.
Guests can purchase tickets ($13/per person) for the game on the 2014 GVSU Band Day Application Form. Every person attending the football game will need to purchase a ticket.
Guest can purchase a dinner ticket ($10/per person) on the day of the event.
2014 GVSU BAND DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Applications with check (one per high school) must be returned by the director or their appointee by Friday, October 31, 2014. Checks made out to: 2014 GVSU Band Day
