MAREC OFFERS TENANTS THE SPACE TO TURN VISION INTO REALITY

Space for entrepreneurs at MAREC.

Clients may begin to build their dreams and create their businesses by leasing space in our 6,000-square-feet of lab and office area.

We offer a range of low-cost space options, from single modular work stations to multi-employee work station clusters, enclosed offices, drylab “R & D” space and light manufacturing possibilities.

A SHOWCASE FOR ENERGY INNOVATION
Our 25,000-square-foot building showcases innovative technologies and design—an ideal and stimulating atmosphere for entrepreneurs. MAREC is an award-winning LEED Gold Certified facility. It operates as a distributed electric generation facility that demonstrates wind and solar energy, a micro-turbine, an electric vehicle charging station and other technology.

A DESTINATION FOR EDUCATION
MAREC is also a destination for conferences, workshops, education programs, and other public events for audiences from energy professionals to high school students. Meeting rooms, classrooms, and galleries are available, with fine dining, overnight accommodations, and a marina within walking distance.
