Virtual Tenants

Congratulations to McKenzie Bay International Ltd., our first Virtual Tenant.  McKenzie Bay signed up on May 1, 2012, the official launch date of the Virtual Tenant Program

A previous onsite incubator tenant, McKenzie Bay found that the Virtual Tenant Program offered the company the services, resources, networking and flexibility it needed to execute its business plan. 

Additional Virtual Tenant applications are pending and will be posted once confirmed.

McKenzie Bay is developing energy technologies and management systems.  In the wind energy production sector, they have developed a highly efficient x-axis (vertical) wind turbine. The company has acquired a substantial grant from the US Department of Energy to develop and market this wind turbine in hopes of bring the industry to greater prominence and furthering the application of renewable energy in the United States.
