The Math and Stats Center

The Mathematics Tutoring Center is a place for students in many levels of math classes to get help. Tutoring is done by GVSU undergraduates and department faculty. We are located in A-2-601 Mackinac Hall, just down the hall from the Math Department Office, close and convenient to the majority of math classes.

The Statistics Tutoring Center offers help with all aspects of STA 215. The Stats Center is located in A-2-101 Mackinac Hall.

Our tables are open. You can bring questions about your calculator, on methods and concepts, on specific problems, or on whatever you like. Don’t have a question just yet? You can work on your math homework and, if you have a question, help is at hand!

All tutoring is FREE with no appointment needed. (The student sign in is for our own accounting.) It is possible to arrange regular individual tutoring; visit the Tutoring Center's website for details.
