ACCESS Volunteer Opportunities
The Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS) is a non-profit agency committed to advocating for and empowering individuals, families, and communities. ACCESS provides a wide range of health and human services, employment services, youth programs, educational and cultural programs and civic engagement, advocacy, and social entrepreneurship services. ACCESS opens new and hopeful doors to individuals every day. Created by the Arab American community, ACCESS assists those in desperate need, helps people take their lives to another level, and honors those who have come before us. ACCESS is passionate, experienced, and here to help each and every individual realize their true human potential.
ACCESS is looking for students who are interested in various areas of study. We have many different departments in which students can give back to the Metro-Detroit community, as well as learn valuable skills for the future. These departments include Social Services, Youth & Education, Employment & Training, the Arab American National Museum (AANM), the Communications Department, the Community Health & Research Center and many others. Please visit our website at www.accesscommunity.org to see more information about ACCESS, as well as, our departments. If you are interested in volunteering with ACCESS, please contact Steven Berti at (313) 297-4270.
