GVSU is striving to make it easier for nursing mothers to maintain breast-feeding after returning to work or school by providing private and comfortable rooms for nursing mothers.
Baby Changing Stations
Changing stations are located in men's and women's restrooms across campus. Baby changing stations have been added to restrooms in the women's and men's restrooms on the north end of the main floor of the Kirkhof Center as well as the women's and men's restrooms on the first floor of the Eberhard Center.
The Women's Center hosts the GVSU Student Food Pantry to meet the short-term challenges that students sometimes face when it comes to accessing food. Obtaining an adequate food supply is often a major component of the financial stress and we know that inadequate nutrition decreases academic performance.
