Tax Information

Tax information regarding witholdings or allowances and W-2's may be accessed through Banner under the employee tab.

All students, faculty, and staff are required by law to submit a Federal and State W-4 form.

What makes a form invaild?

W-4's:

Federal
State
Grand Rapids
Walker
Muskegon

If you would like to change any of your withholdings at any time please fill out a new form and return it to the payroll office.
