1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
Immediately after graduating with my Bachelor's degree in 2020, I jumped right into GVSU's Biology Master's degree program. I briefly worked in wastewater treatment for a municipality after finishing my Master's degree and now work for an incredible environmental startup that destroys harmful PFAS chemicals.

2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
I loved working as a student laboratory assistant in the biology department throughout my undergraduate career; I had the best boss and the faculty and staff were all great to work with.

3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
Don't be afraid to take chances.

4. List three words you would use to describe your Grand Valley experience.
Enlightening, transformative, and eventful.

5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
I want to ensure access to meaningful experiences in nature for future generations through environmental remediation, sustainable resource use, and public education.
