Intramural Service/Staff/Equipment Requests

If your group or organization is interested in requesting intramural services, including staff or equipment for your event, then please complete the online Campus Recreation service request form by clicking "Service Request Form" in the menu to the left.

NOTES: 

Your request must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance;

Your request is not guaranteed to be met;

If requesting staff, then please be prepared to be able to compensate for their services;

If requesting equipment, then please consult the Rec Center's equipment room first by calling 331-3313 or inquiring at the Rec Center's front desk.  They will be able to accommodate most equipment needs;

Be prepared to provide a description of the event in which services are being requested or a copy of informational materials.
