Refunds

Late fees will be collected in the form of cash/check only and will only be collected at the designated sport’s captain meeting or upon meeting with the Assistant Director or Graduate Assistant to reinstate your team.  Refunds shall be avoided.  In the instance that a refund must be requested, contact the Assistant Director of Intramurals to state the reason for your request.  Refunds may take up to one month to process.  Refunds will not be provided if the following occurs:  1) at least one game is played,  or  2) if at least one game is forfeited,  or 3) more than half of the team’s scheduled regular season games have past (2 games in a 3 game regular season; 3 games in a 4 or 5 game regular seasons).
