Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Enrollment Verification

Enrollment verification certificates can be printed through myBanner via the National Student Clearinghouse, this service allows students to obtain immediate online enrollment verification. This feature uses enrollment information provided monthly from GVSU to the National Student Clearinghouse. This verification becomes available a few days after the last day to drop or add a class each semester.

Students who attempt to access Student Self-Service using the latest version of Chrome (85.0.4183.121) may encounter a blank page instead of the Student Self-Service landing page. Please use another browser, like Firefox, to access Student Self-Service.

Additionally, students are able to print and address the certificate if desired. If students have a form that must be completed with their enrollment verification, or if you have any other questions, please contact the Registrar's Office.

If you still have questions about enrollment verifications you may find our FAQs helpful.
