GVSU Mourns the Loss of Barbara Roos

Barbara Roos, a GVSU retiree, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2021. Barbara retired in May 2015 and was last an Associate Professor in the School of Communication. Barbara was an anthropologist, a professor, a ballerina, a Civil Rights activist–among other things–who dedicated herself to whatever worthy project with a full heart and a brilliant mind.
