GVSU Mourns the Loss of Daniel Anderson

Daniel Anderson, one of GVSU's first faculty members, passed away on May 3rd, 2021.
In 1964, Daniel had been working at GRJC (now GRCC), but when a new college formed in Allendale, he left and became a faculty member at what was then known as Grand Valley State College. He taught physics, astronomy, cosmology and other science courses. Daniel retired from GVSU in April 1993 and was last a professor in the Physics Department. He was issued Emeritus status on April 1st, 1993.
