What is Math in Action? Our conference presents lively and informative discussions of current issues in Pre-K to 12 mathematics education. We provide opportunities for practicing teachers, prospective teachers, curriculum directors, and college and university faculty to share ideas, concerns, and resources. Math in Action includes keynotes and hour-long sessions with multiple interactive presentations on specific mathematical topics. There is something for every grade level in each session.
Math in Action 2024 will be a hybrid conference, with the option to attend in-person at GVSU's Allendale Campus but also offer select sessions online via Zoom to remote participants.
