Folks,

 

Two questions related to collections---

 

Are there any formulas with an amount by title or some other unit or by
total depository collection or any other way for the $$ value of a
government document collection?

 

Also, does GPO require the depository collection to be insured by the
institution?  Or can the collection not be insured or insured by GPO or
something else?

 

Our library is gathering information for the university systems for
insurances purposes.

 

As usual, thanks in advance.  I am more than happy to summarize the
information for the list.
