Adopt a Highway
The Community Service Learning Center participates in the Department of Transportation's Adopt-A-Highway program and hosts clean-ups 3 times a year in April, July, September. Our 2-mile section is approximately 5 miles west of the GVSU Allendale Campus on M-45 starting at 96th Avenue.
Please contact the CSLC if you would like to participate or if your organization is interested in hosting the clean-up for the summer, fall, or spring! The CSLC will provide you with the necessary materials, directions, and safety information. Your organization can select the day and time for the clean up within the MDOT scheduled pick up dates.

Fall Pick Up Dates: September 22-30, 2012
Spring Pick Up Dates: TBD April 2013
