Congratulations to our Ipod Winner!

A big congratulations to Rachel Turner for winning our office's Ipod giveaway! Rachel won a free Ipod touch for liking both the Community Service Learning Center and Laker Leadership Programs pages on Facebook!
When asked to give a bio about herself, and her history with service, Rachel said,
"I went on a mission trip to Dominican Republic. While I was there I helped build a house for a large family, clean and paint a school for disabilities and helped out in two local orphanages. I have also been a camp counselor for four years, volunteered at Sparrow Hospital and worked many blood drives.
I hope to get involved with community service learning here at Grand Valley. I love volunteering and helping people out. I hope to help out with upcoming blood drives and possibly go on an alternative spring break trip."
