Attention future educators!
Student Council for Exceptional Children is an on-campus organization devoted to bringing important and useful information to you. Our bi-weekly meetings are for everyone going into education, or for those who just love children. There is diversity in all classrooms, so whether you are elementary, special education, or high school, this is the place for you.
Join SCEC every other Monday, at 7 pm in the Kirkhof Center. You will meet people with similar interests and goals, as well as hear from an interesting speaker. Pizza and pop are provided and we will have College of Education apparel for sale. We look forward to seeing you there!
Also, we have some great resources on our page. Everyone knows that you need to have volunteer hours for your application to the College of Education. Click on the "Volunteer" tabs to the left to see a variety of different opportunities that are updated every two weeks. Plus, we have websites that are helpful to teachers, also on the left tab.
