Minutes for GLC meeting on 9/5/08

• Secretary: took attendance and verified voting  protocol

• Treasurer: encouraged fiscal responsibilty

• Change: we can no longer fund parts of philanthropy that orgs are charging money for..

• V.P:

Went thru NHPW schedule (check it..)

Stephanie Morris came in and spoke about NHPW blood drive; groups can still sign up to unload and reload..

I am Greek shirts $10-fundraiser for GLC..

GLC Holiday party (early December)-make christmas cards for Old folks or kids..

Ideas for the party have to be in by next meeting

Spoke about the introduction of GAMMA (Greeks advocating mature management of Alcohol)

• Tom Coy (Advisor).

Handed out homecoming team and regent sign up sheets..

Chapters encouraged to nominate people for regency
