How do I pay for my study abroad program?
Study abroad program costs vary tremendously depending on the program and the location you choose. Think about the way you fund your costs here at GVSU. You will essentially depend on the same source(s) of funding during your semester(s) abroad. When you participate in a study abroad program, you will receive financial aid in the amount you would normally receive for the same term at GVSU. In some cases, you may be able to borrow alternative loan funds to cover the additional costs. Additional sources of funding may include scholarships, grants and personal funds.
