System reports

The System Reports option may fit the need for information on the company you are investigating. Creditsafe uses specialized resources which combine access to government registration data, documentation, and other third-party sources for data. The system-generated reports can be returned within three business days when the order is placed before 3 pm EDT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The government registration number must be provided for the company being investigated.  

System-generated reports are available for a specific list of countries which include:

In-Country reports

In-Country reports will give you the most recent obtainable information available on the company you are reviewing. An investigator (either from Creditsafe or one of their partners around the world) will review all the information they can find on the entity through government registrars, online resources, as well as local resources. In some cases, they can visit the company in person to interview someone about the entity or will contact them via phone or email if an in-person visit is not possible. Because the information is gathered by an investigator who is personally looking into the company, the chance of obtaining information that is not available through public resources (such as financial statements) is much more likely. Sometimes, there are little to no government records to review, and much of the information the investigator can gather will depend on the interview they have with the company. The company's willingness to cooperate with the investigation will influence the quality and quantity of information which can be obtained. If you do not need to remain anonymous, we recommend that you notify the company in advance that they will be contacted by a credit agency.

For best results for an in-country investigation, it is best to share that your company is the party asking for the credit investigation. Unless it is necessary to keep your company inquiry confidential, it is recommended you notify the company in advance that you are seeking an in-country credit investigation and they will be contacted by a credit agency.  Please select “share your contact details” on the report order request for the best results.
