GVSU Women's Commission Fireside Chats
March 26, 2014
Time: 12:00 p.m.

The purpose of the fireside chats is to provide a safe environment for diverse women from across campus to engage in intercultural education, while also building personal relationships. The fireside chats were born out of the Women’s Commission but serves to support the mission/vision of Grand Valley State University as it works to model its values of inclusion and equity.
The topic on this day will be "Migration and Social Justice Movements in Western", by Melanie Shell-Weiss, Assistant Professor, Liberal Studies.
