How do I apply for Reverse Transfer?

With your approval, Grand Valley will send a copy of your GVSU transcript to your community college. Your community college will then evaluate your Grand Valley coursework for transfer credit to see if it will fulfill any of your outstanding associate’s degree requirements. Just fill out the Reverse Transfer Form for your school. Send or bring it to the Allendale or Pew Student Assistance Center, and you’re on your way!

Each community college has different requirements for reverse transfer. Find your community college below to determine the minimum number of community college and Grand Valley credits required to complete your associate's degree.
