GVSU Career Center
Participating in simulated interviews not only provides invaluable practice and constructive feedback to students regarding their interviewing skills, but also allows employers to meet with motivated and engaged students early in their academic progress. These interviews are conducted in the same way as a real interview, offering students the opportunity to become familiar with different interview questions and styles. Traditional and behavioral-based questions are expected to be asked of the students to expose them to the different types of interview questions they may experience.
Simulated interviews are required of students in certain programs and classes including:
- Hospitality & Tourism Management
- US 301 – Career Planning Course
