Small Group Fitness-12 week program
Walkfit: Power walk 2 miles and use your body weight for several calorie blasting segments along the way. Modifications and options will be presented. This class is accessible for varying fitness levels.
YogaRide: Combine Calorie-Burning Exercise on the bike with mindfulness practice. Instructors lead you through a ride that makes your heart rate rise and centers your focus. Leave class feeling energized and ready to start your day.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. This class builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength.
Gentle Yoga: Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace - allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being.
Morning Body Blast: Wake up and energize yourself with a mix of strength and cardio. Feel the burn using traditional boot camp, high intensity interval and strength training exercises.
