Request a New Faculty/Staff account

The following procedure should be followed when requesting a Faculty/Staff login account. An email should be sent to Computer Authorizations, with the following information

   a.    The full name of person you are requesting the account for.
   b.    The G# of the person you are requesting the account for.
   c.    The Department Container the person should be placed in. If you do not know the container please call the help desk for this information.
   d.    Is this account an email only or a network login account only.

No accounts for individuals can be created until they have been entered in Banner and all paperwork has been signed and is on file with Human Resources.
Once the account has been created an email will be sent back to the requestor with the login information for the account.
