Procrastinating can often be disguised as an effort to do things you enjoy versus completing tasks and getting things done. Not true!!! Getting tasks done and meeting goals is a great source of joy. Our leisure time, relationships with family and friends, sense of purpose and ability to learn and create are directly affected by procrastination. This program will provide strategies for reducing procrastination time and bring awareness to why procrastination happens. Participants will gain insight into how procrastination interferes with access to knowledge, wisdom and true potential.
