A student choosing history of science as a minor program must complete 20 hours of study, including the following courses:
You will work with an advisor to select additional courses from humanities, social science and science departments. Independent studies are encouraged. History of Science is not a teachable minor.

Students who are accepted into the program will take courses in the AHS general emphasis and use up to a maximum of 12 credits as a substitution for the required minor. The students must complete the following M.A.T. courses their senior year:

Students must complete a minimum of 22 credits in the program. Coursework includes the life sciences (biology and natural resources management), earth science (geology), environmental chemistry, and environmental policy and planning.
