Academic Eligibility
- You must be enrolled in at least 12 credits to practice, compete, and receive financial aid
- A hold will go on your account on the first Friday of classes
- Pass at least 9 new* credit hours each semester - fall and Winter
- At least 18 new* credit hours earned during the regular academic year (not including summer)
- At least 24 new* credit hours prior to Fall 2023
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA prior to Fall 2023
Student-Athlete Forms
This
form
allows a student-athlete in an individual sport to
request assistance from a member of the coaching staff in
their
sport during any vacation period, provided all workouts are voluntary,
and are initiated by the student-athlete per
Bylaw 17.
Bylaw 17.1.6.3.5 Institutional Vacation Period and Summer
A student-athlete may not participate in any countable
athletically related activities outside the playing season during
any
institutional vacation period and/or summer. Strength and
conditioning coaches who are not coaches in the student-athlete’s
sport may design and conduct (beginning June 1) specific workout
programs for a fall sport student-athlete, provided such
workouts
are voluntary and conducted at the request of the student-athlete.
Please use this form to inform the Compliance Office of your notification of transfer. You will also need to complete the NCAA Division II Transfer Educational Module and forward the email confirmation of completion you receive before you will be entered into the portal. It is recommended you meet with the Associate Athletics Director prior to completing this form to ensure you understand your eligibility.
