The Laptop Loan Program is a resource made available to Grand Valley State University current enrolled students in need of a short term temporary technology loan. This effort is part of a broader strategy to broaden options to help students manage the increasing demands of digital education. 

Approval is based on a case by case-by-case basis and availability of stock, students are required to complete the request application below. Submission of the application or request for a laptop loan does not always guarantee that we will have a device available for loan.  

Please complete an application for the loaner laptop program. This will allow campus partners to evaluate what resources might be available for assistance. A Center for Women & Gender Staff or IT representative will contact you regarding the status of your application. Please expect the loan application process to take at minimum 3 business days for us to review your application submission and make a decision.
