If you need mental health support and treatment and feel ready to take the next step, start with your primary care provider. Your provider can do an initial assessment with you by asking some screening questions to determine the best treatment path for you, which may include a referral to one of our mental health team members. |

If a person is in immediate crisis, including risk of suicide or experiencing acute substance use issues, call (616) 336-3909 or come directly to the Access Center. If a person experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis needs help, but cannot come to the Access Center our Mobile Crisis Response Team is available to help. |
