Julia Mason awarded

Women and Gender Studies Professor Julia Mason was awarded the Michigan Campus Compact award for outstanding community service and service-learning.
Last year, Julia was one of 20 faculty members of Grand Valley to receive the Faculty of Distinction Award. The award was created by Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society to recognize the important role faculty members play for students both in and out of the classroom.
