Important info
- All snack machines are cashless.
- Refunds will be refunded to the Debit or Credit card that was used.
- There is a $10 hold on all transactions. This will appear as a pending transaction in your bank account.*

Snack vending machine refunds can be obtained by calling Cantaloupe at 1-800-766-8728. If you’re having issues with a purchase, have questions about a transaction on your bank statement, or need a refund, call Cantaloupe directly. |

Just Baked machines are provided by Day One Vending. Please contact them for questions or refund info. |
*Attention debit card users: Your bank will place a HOLD on your account greater than the amount to purchase one or multiple items in a single vend transaction. This HOLD amount will be updated to reflect the actual transaction amount within 24-72 hours depending on the policy of your bank. Your final charge amount will be only for items vended. Any question regarding your bank's policy on "account holds" should be directed to your bank.
