BMS 305 - Clinical Nutrition
This course has two objectives: to enable students to understand normal digestion, absorption, and metabolism of nutrients at a sophisticated level, and to make them aware of the nutritional needs of diseased patients. Pathophysiology of the gastrointestinal system will be considered. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: BMS 290 and (CHM 232 or CHM 461).
