MGT 635 - Planned Change and Organizational Development

Addresses issues of individual, group, and organizational change from a strategic, problem-solving perspective. Strategies for changing organizational culture, enhancing creativity, building teams, and dealing with dysfunctional aspects of planned change are presented. Prerequisites: BUS 631.
