ENG 311 - Teaching Literature to Adolescents
Introduces to students the important classic and contemporary materials (including works by women and writers of color and/or ethnic diversity), teaching strategies, issues, and research related to adolescent literature, as well as the criteria for guiding the reading of adolescents. May include a practicum or off-campus learning experience. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: WRT 150.
