MKT 369 - Creativity in Marketing Innovation
Focused on learning about, and improving, individual and team creativity in the workplace. Factors which encourage and discourage creativity, including the work environment and employee attitudes, are also examined. Exploration of the Design Thinking Model is used to highlight the understanding of the role of creativity in marketing innovation processes. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: Admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
